While in the city, Maggie and Negan encounter native New Yorkers, evade a marshal with a troubled past, and hunt down a notorious killer. But as the pair moves deeper into the gritty depths of the walker-infested city, it becomes apparent that the traumas of their tumultuous past may prove just as great a threat as the dangers of the present. News and Updates: This acquisition for The CW originally aired in Britain on Sky in Spring 2022. It had been renewed for a second season and production was about to begin on that before Sky pulled the plug. The first season had wrapped up its storyline and the second season would have had a new cast making the show more of a season-long anthology. The CW acquired the show to fill up space on the schedule, and it is unlikely they will be considering producing a second season.
