Sci Fi/Fantasy TV Shows Premiering This Week
The Power (Amazon): The Power, is an emotionally-driven global thriller, based on Naomi Alderman’s international award-winning novel. The world of The Power is our world, but for one twist of nature. Suddenly, and without warning, teenage girls develop the power to electrocute people at will. The Power follows a cast of remarkable characters from London to Seattle, Nigeria to Eastern Europe, as the Power evolves from a tingle in teenagers’ collarbones to a complete reversal of the power balance of the world. Premieres on Friday.
Riverdale (The CW): The seventh season of RIVERDALE goes where no season of RIVERDALE has dared to go before—the 1950s! Premieres Wednesday 9 PM EST.

Star Wars: The Bad Batch wraps up its second season on Disney+ on Wednesday. There has been no word on a third season of that one yet. You can see all of the sci fi and fantasy premieres for March and beyond at this link.
