If you are a writer/creator working in the genres of science fiction, fantasy, and/or horror and would like to promote your works, you have an opportunity to do so with SciFiTVSite.com and CancelledSciFi.com. We are looking for writers for our sites and we will promote your works in return. Cancelled Sci Fi mostly looks back at cancelled/ended shows and we are looking for retrospectives, nostalgia, reviews of DVD/Blu-ray releases, Top 10 lists, and more. The Sci Fi TV Site focuses on current and upcoming sci fi, fantasy, and horror shows and we are looking for reviews, deep dives, news pieces, interviews, and more. We are not looking for episode recaps at this time since there are so many of those out there. We would be interested in posts covering original movies on the various streaming services, especially Top 10 lists. The post should be at least 500 hundred words in length and usually no more than 1500.
You can pitch your ideas for posts to us at axiomsedgescifi@gmail.com, and please include a sample post if you are contacting us for the first time. Once you get on the list of regular writers we are building up, we will send out assignments for posts we are looking for and you can let us know if you are interested in picking up one or more of those or working on your own pieces. You will be able to include a blurb about whatever work you want to promote at the end of the article, and we will also get you on the rotation of ads and promoted posts on both sites and our social media (see examples at this link). If you would like to write for us and do not have anything to promote, we are happy to hear your pitch for posts. We are not paying at this time, but that may change in the near future.
